Sweet Seedai (இனிப்பு சீடை)

Sweet Seedai, which is prepared mostly in all south Indian houses for Krishna Jayanthi. It is a favorite dish for Lord Krishna so we serve it as offerings on his birthday. This Traditional South Indian snack is made with lentil and rice flour and chilly powder. Seedai is a deep-fried super crispy and flavourful roundel that has both salted and sweet versions. It looks like a pebble while its very crunchy and crispy.
